For most accounts, 12-16 characters with mixed character types is considered very strong. For high-security accounts, use 20+ characters.
Yes! Adding symbols significantly increases password entropy and makes brute-force attacks much harder.
It removes characters like 0 (zero), O (capital o), l (lowercase L), and 1 (one) that look similar to avoid typing errors.
